Universal Mania needs to give back our money. Ordered AR parts in December 2017 & have received nothing. They charged the credit card company on 12/26/17 and still no product. This company does not answer their phone. I just tried to email them and it seems to be blocked. Do not order from this company. UM needs to be abolished. Thanks for reading my review. {{redacted}}

Universal Mania - Universalmania - only ghosts are working there now

In Oct 16 2017, I ordered 4 Garmin Astro + T5 combo & collars and remitted $4,460 by wire transfer to Kurt Krol. That happened shortly after Mr. James at support team issued an invoice to me. Since then nobody answers to my phone, no single mail back to my hundreds of mails urging them to carry out shipping. I got to know Mr. Kurt Krol is now in custody 6 years behind bars. Mr. James is in responsibility for this, but he never shows up, not a single word regarding this. Nevertherless their ads are coming everyday to my mail. It's apparent that remaining staffs are upto no good, and everyone seems to think of nothing but seizing money from customers who do not know what's happening at Universalmania. Only ghosts are now working at UM.

I bought a reloading press from Universal Mania on Dec 22, 1970. They immediately charged my credit card but never shipped the product.

It is now January 7, 2018 and their web site has been taken down.

Fortunately I used a credit card and should be able to get my money back. these people are crooks.

I ordered a product for $243 December 22, 2017. They immediately charged my credit card. Now their web site of down, I don't have my product, and I never will. I did a little research and the owner has already spent some time in prison for fraud. He had hired Chinese companies to clone brand-name products and then he'd import the bogus products and sell them in the USA. How he could legally set up a new company is beyond me. I hope my credit card company will refund my purchase. I don't have any experience with this exact situation. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm on vacation and away from home until February 2018, so I haven't done anything yet, with my credit card company.

I purchased a scope on Dec 5th with a proposed shipping date of approximately 5-7 days. On Dec 18th I inquired as to the ship date. On Jan 2nd the response was it would ship within 2 weeks or I could cancel my order. I cancelled my order and they responded on Jan 3rd with, a request has been sent to the warehouse. Once they have confirmed the cancellation, the refund would be processed in 3-5 days. On Jan 29th I requested an update,. On Feb 5th I requested and update. On Feb 8th I requested an update. On Feb 16th I sent them a request for update again and this time I said if I do not hear from them by Feb 20th I will send in a disputed purchase with my credit card company. The price was good but, Poor customer service!

I've eMailed 3 times, called once to "customer service" and have received no responses at all! I received order confirmation but NEVER got a shipping notice or any kind of tracking or delivery information. I double checked my address, etc & it was correct. I ordered on 12/05/17 and still have NO INFORMATION about the order! I ordered 4 Boker pocket knives as X-mas gifts. I will continue to contact, I left message yesterday with my phone number as their phone message service said they were busy. It appears they didn't even bother to return my call nor have they answered any of my eMail. I intend to report this company to the Better Business Bureau!

I ordered an item on 22 January 2017. They billed me promptly but never shipped.

I did a little research and found that their owner has spent some time in prison for fraud. As it stands I'm out $243.00.

I hope my credit card company will make me whole. I haven't been able to pursue a resolution because I'm away from home for a month.

Just like everyone else. I ordered trim tabs and a jack plate mount shoed in stock. called and called sent many emails. No reply cancelled order. Ordered product elsewhere then their order shoes up a week later. Have fun trying to get a response from them. Never never never order from them!!!!! I hope the owner is in prison. Companies like this are bad for everyone. I hope my credit card info hasn't been sold or abused.(already abused by them)!! Trying to get refund is like doing your own dentistry. Very painful and not very good. If I could figure out where they are located would file with attorney General of that state.

I ordered a product in December and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted them after 10 days on their website and received back a Zend desk auto response. I haven't received any other contact from them. The website is now down! I wish I had checked the online reviews before I purchased from this obvious fraud of a company. I will Research to find what state This company is in and file fraud charges with the district attorney of that state. I hope others that have had this happen to them do the same. If I find them I will publish the information so that others can pursue them as well.

I ordered 2 hosters in early December. I have yet to received my hosters and now they are not returning emails. I went to the web site and it's down. This company is a joke, and they are taking customers money and leaving them with a empty pocket. I would hope that the better business Association gets involved and stops this type of stuff from happening to other unknowing consumers. I looked online to find a company that carried a wide range of gun accessories. They looked good so I went with them without doing my research. That will not happen again, in the future I will take the time to research any online company before ordering from them.

I ordered an item then next morning after I read reviews emailed them and called to cancel after I read the bad reviews. When you call you select the department then the recoding says, an associate will be right with you" then after a few minutes, it hangs up. This happened 9-10 times the first day, ohh what option on returns you can leave a VM. DONT EXPECT A REPLY THE EMAILS ARE AUTOMATED AS WELL, DONT EXPECT A REPLY 5-7 days shipping, DONT EXPECT A PRODUCT TRYING TO GET A REFUND, YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THAT CAN TAKE WEEKS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY, BUT I THOUGHT, "it will be different with me" a stupid mistake and now it's getting close to Christmas and I am out $ 550, don't have the product, don't have the money to use for something else for a gift. Don't believe their Google reviews, those are fakes

I should have read the customer reviews first, and I wouldn't have ordered from them. I never received my order from three months ago. Over the three month period I have called over 50 times and emailed customer service and support over 50 times. I have never received a response, and the company listed phone number is never answered. After roughly 20 rings the line goes dead, no matter what exstention or department you try to reach. I had to call my credit card provider to stop the payment. DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THE COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND STOLE MY MONEY HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Ordered lasermax for Glock, spent $195! Got the typical email receipt. But never any info on shipping status. Tried to go to the site but it was “shut down” emailed twice and no response! Called and left message. I intend on reporting them to the better business bureau.

I placed an order then received an email from the supposed "president CEO" thanking me for my order. Money was deducted from my account, then I sent another email several weeks after placing the order. As soon as money was deducted from my account they stopped replying to emails and never answered the phone.

I ordered a ' Burris XTR II Scope 4 - 20 x50 Illuminated ' rifle scope from Universal Mania and also payed for a 'second day air' delivery service. I paid $930.75 but never see anything delivered to my house! I tried to contact Universal Mania via phone and email, but none of them works. Also, the confirmation email from Universal Mania didn't provide any shipping information. lost my interest in this product already and requesting a refund for both the product and shipping cost via pay-pal. I will definitely research the company's I order from a lot more thoroughly in the future because of this experience and now seeing this company's poor rating. I will definitely not be ordering from this company in the future.
